Annmarie Carre
AnnMarie, Director of Onena Home Healthcare, is an experienced care professional specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s support. A former caregiver at Arden Courts, she brings strong hands-on memory care expertise and a compassionate, patient approach to senior care.
She also has experience supporting cultural and faith-based activities, including Shabbat observance and Jewish holiday traditions, helping clients maintain comfort and routine.
AnnMarie is committed to delivering dignified, high-quality in-home care that families can trust.
Isaiah E
Isaiah is a dedicated Care Coordinator at Onena Home Healthcare, committed to ensuring clients and families receive exceptional support and seamless care experiences. He holds an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and is currently continuing his education to further advance his healthcare knowledge and leadership skills.
With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for helping others, Isaiah serves as a vital link between clients, caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals. He is focused on coordinating personalized care plans, facilitating communication, and ensuring that every client receives reliable, high-quality care tailored to their needs.
Hetal Patel
Hetal Patel is a Nurse Administrator with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She oversees all caregivers, CNAs, and LPNs, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and coordination across the team.
With strong clinical and leadership experience, she supports staff development and helps maintain quality, consistency, and compassionate service in patient care operations.
